CAREON Plus B2C Delivery, Exchange & Return Guide
CAREON Plus complies with the Electronic Commerce Act and other relevant laws to provide customers with reliable products and services, and operates the following delivery, exchange, and return policies.
Delivery Information
- Delivery Period: Shipped within 3 days of payment completion (excluding public holidays)
⚠ Children's clothing orders may take up to 4 weeks (an additional shipping fee of KRW 3,300 applies when requesting partial delivery)
- Basic Shipping Cost: Free
- Delivery Company: CJ Logistics (subject to change depending on courier service circumstances)
- Remote Island and Mountainous Areas: Additional shipping charges of KRW 3,000 to KRW 8,000 may apply depending on the region
Exchange & Return Application Guide
- Applications can be made within 7 days from the date of product receipt.
- All exchange and return requests must be submitted through the chat function within CAREON Plus.
- All exchange/return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. (However, if there is no refund amount to deduct from, payment will be processed via bank transfer.)
- Refunds will be processed within 2 to 5 business days after the returned product is received, using the original payment method.
- In the case of incorrect delivery, exchange is only possible for the same product with the same option.
(If you wish to exchange for a different product, it will be treated as a simple change of mind and round-trip shipping costs will be charged.)
How to Apply
- Submit through the consultation chat on the CAREON Plus website
- After confirming order information and reason, product retrieval will be arranged
- Exchange or refund will be processed after product retrieval is completed
Required Information for Submission
- Orderer name and contact information
- Order number
- Reason for exchange/return (defect/simple change of mind, etc.)
- For defects/damage: Photo attachment is required
Cases Where Exchange & Return Are Possible

Category-Specific Precautions
Due to the characteristics of each product category, exchanges and returns may be restricted in accordance with Article 17, Paragraph 2 of the Electronic Commerce Act in the following cases.
① Accessories / Fashion Goods
- Earrings, piercings, and other products that come into contact with skin are personal hygiene products; exchange/return is restricted once the packaging is opened or the product is used
- Bags, wallets, etc. are restricted if scratches, stains, or signs of use have occurred
② Children's Clothing
- If there are signs of washing or wearing
- Underwear/innerwear is restricted once opened for hygiene reasons
③ Home Décor / Lifestyle
- For glass/ceramic products and other fragile items, photos before and after repackaging are required for returns
- For fragile products such as glass and ceramics, if the product is damaged during a return due to simple change of mind, the refund may be restricted.
- Tableware/cooking utensils are restricted once packaging is damaged or the product is used
- Restricted if signs of washing are found
⑤ Pet Supplies
- If there are signs of contact with pets (fur, stains, bite marks, etc.)
- Pet hygiene products (training pads, toys, etc.) are restricted once opened or used
Cases Where Exchange & Return Are Not Possible
In accordance with Article 17, Paragraph 2 and Article 21 of the Electronic Commerce Act, exchanges and returns may be restricted in the following cases:
- When the value of the product has significantly decreased due to opening the packaging or use
- When the product has been lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the consumer
- When the packaging of a reproducible product has been damaged
- Custom-made products manufactured according to individual consumer orders
- When the product is related to hygiene and safety and resale is impossible once the packaging is opened
- When more than 7 days have passed since the date of product receipt
- When the value of the product has decreased to the extent that resale is difficult over time
※ If you return the product without prior submission through CAREON Plus official channels, the product may not be received or processing may be delayed.
※ Products for which exchange/return is restricted are specified in the exchange/return guide, and it is deemed that the customer has agreed to these terms at the time of purchase.
Procedure for Damaged/Defective Products
- In the event of product or packaging damage, please take photos immediately upon receipt and submit them to the customer center.
- Photo examples:
- Condition of the outer box
- Full product image
- Close-up photo of the damaged area
→ After verification, processing will be completed as a refund.
Other Important Notes
- When returning products, please be sure to include all free gifts and components in the packaging.
- If using a courier service other than CJ Logistics, prior consultation is required. (Any additional charges incurred from using a courier service without prior consultation will be borne by the customer.)
- If the requested exchange product is out of stock, the exchange may be replaced with a refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 2 to 5 business days after product retrieval.

- Return Address: Provided separately when a product retrieval request is made
