구매 및 대행서비스 이용약관
Article 1 (Consent to Collection, Use, and Processing of Personal Information)
① The Company collects and uses the minimum personal information necessary for providing ND CAREON+ services and does not use it for purposes other than the following:
- Membership registration and identity verification, verification of organizational affiliation, maintenance and management of membership
- Product orders, payment processing, delivery, exchange and refund processing
- Customer consultation, delivery of notices
- Event and promotion announcements (with optional consent)
② The items of personal information collected are as follows:
- At the time of membership registration: Name, email (ID), password, mobile phone number, organization name
- At the time of order: Recipient name, mobile phone number, delivery address, payment information (card company name, approval number, etc. – however, original payment information is not retained)
- During service use: Access IP, device information, usage records, payment records
③ The retention and use period of personal information is as follows:
- Records related to contracts, withdrawal of offers, payments, and supply of goods: 5 years
- Records related to consumer complaints and dispute resolution: 3 years
- Records related to electronic financial transactions: 5 years
- Website access records: 3 months
- Immediately destroyed upon membership withdrawal (however, information subject to retention obligations under law shall be retained for the applicable period)
Article 2 (Consent to Provision to Third Parties and Entrustment of Personal Information)
① The Company does not, in principle, provide users' personal information to third parties. However, when necessary for service provision, personal information is entrusted to the following parties:

② The Company stipulates protective measures in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act when entering into entrustment contracts and manages and supervises compliance therewith.
Article 3 (Consent to Use of Purchase and Payment Agency Services)
① The Company mediates the conclusion of contracts with sellers (Wholesale Members) based on users' purchase requests and processes payment agency and delivery operations.
② Members' payments are processed through electronic payment methods designated by the Company, and the order is confirmed upon completion of payment.
③ All orders are notified to sellers through organization-level contracts, and the Company directly picks up and inspects products from the wholesale market before shipping them to members in the form of consignment delivery.
④ However, the rights of Members as prescribed by the Electronic Commerce Act and the Consumer Protection Act, such as withdrawal of subscription, are guaranteed.
Article 4 (Consent to Confirmation of Purchase Conditions and Payment Processing)
① Shipping costs are notified at the time of order, and additional charges may apply for remote island and mountainous areas, international shipping, etc., in addition to the basic shipping cost.
② Changes to the delivery address are not possible after an order has been placed, and the Member is responsible for incorrect address entries.
③ Due to the nature of wholesale, products may frequently go out of stock, and orders may be canceled without separate notice in the event of stockouts.
④ The Company provides real-time order, delivery, and out-of-stock status updates through Kakao notification talk or email after confirming deposit/payment.
Article 5 (Exchange and Refund)
① Exchanges and refunds shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
② Exchanges and refunds are possible in the following cases, and the shipping costs incurred shall be borne by the Company:
- Products were incorrectly delivered, different from the order details
- Product defects (malfunction, damage, etc.) have been confirmed
- Products of different colors/sizes from those ordered were delivered
③ Exchanges and refunds are possible in the following cases, but the round-trip shipping costs shall be borne by the Member:
- Simple change of mind by the Member
- Other reasons attributable to the Member
- Round-trip shipping costs include the free shipping benefit provided at the time of purchase. The Member shall bear both the cost of returning the product to Namdo Market and the cost of receiving the product again after exchange/refund processing.
④ Exchanges and refunds may be restricted in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since product receipt (except in cases of defects)
- Resale is impossible due to use or damage by the Member
- The product value has significantly decreased over time
- Products for which withdrawal of subscription is restricted, such as custom-made products
⑤ However, if relevant laws provide otherwise, such provisions shall prevail.
Article 6 (Other Matters)
① Matters not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and general commercial practices.
② The Company may modify or suspend some of its Services if there are unavoidable circumstances, and in such cases, shall provide prior notice to Members.
③ These Terms and Conditions become effective from the time the Member agrees to them, and the Company shall post these Terms on the initial screen or a linked screen of the Service.
